We function strictly as a service provider using globally available platforms and tools widely adopted across the industry.

No Guarantee of Results: All services are executed on a best-effort basis. Growth Console does not guarantee sales, revenue, ROI, lead quality, or business success. Outcomes are influenced by market conditions, competition, audience behaviour, platform algorithms, and client-side processes which are beyond our control.

Fees & Payments: Service fees are mutually discussed and agreed upon prior to project initiation. Media spend is separate unless explicitly stated. Any delay or failure in payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for any performance issues, downtime, policy changes, bans, or account restrictions caused by third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, WhatsApp, or associated technology providers.

Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information, ensure legal compliance of their business offerings, and approve deliverables in a timely manner. Growth Console shall not be liable for delays or performance issues arising due to client-side negligence or miscommunication.

Liability Limitation: Growth Console shall not be held liable for direct or indirect business losses, reputation damage, or platform-related disruptions. Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee paid for the current billing cycle.

Intellectual Property: All strategies, frameworks, processes, and proprietary methods developed by Growth Console remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality & Data: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared business information. Clients remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with prior written notice as per mutually agreed terms. All pending dues must be cleared upon termination.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
